SPRING GUIDELINES IMPORTANT REMINDERS

GAME CARDS:

Any game incidents - yellow/red cards must be reported to your region’s RRA and RC within 48 hours of the game using the referee game incident form.

GAME DAY:

Field Set Up & Take Down:

·         Both teams of the first game of the day, should kokua in setting up the nets and corner flags.

·         Both teams of the last game of the day, should kokua in breaking down the nets and corner flags, the only EXCEPTION are the games at Waipio Soccer Park. Leave the nets up and corner flags in place.

Rain Outs:

·         Games will be played “rain or shine”. Hosting regions, specifically the RC is responsible for determining if games in their region will be called off due to inclement weather.

o   If games are to be postponed the season coordinator is to be notified two (2) hours before the first game.

o   Coaches will be notified via email & text of the postponed games.

Forfeits:

·         If you need to forfeit, you are to notify the coaches and referees of the teams impacted.

·         Notification is to be made 24 hrs before the start of the game.

Game time & field switches are NOT ALLOWED.
