GAME CARDS
Games cards to be generated through Sports Connect. how to access your roster and line up on sports connect.docx
NO WRITE-IN's on game cards with the exception of jersey numbers as some region's uniforms have not arrived yet. Only borrowed players (using the attached borrowed player guideline) are to be written in. If you have any questions, please contact your Regional Commissioner.  All players on team must be listed on game card. Once your game is complete, please take a picture of your game card and email it to me. Game cards will be used to document any incidents that may have occurred and for regions to gauge how well each of their teams are doing.

RESCHEDULING GAMES
The schedulers tried to take into account coaches coaching multiple teams and/or helping with their region's younger division programs as well as whatever schedule requests were received from the Regional Commissioners. However, please be aware that not all scheduling requests were able to be accommodated.  There are a few open spaces available at the various fields if you would like to reschedule your game. If you want to reschedule your game please follow the below protocol:
1. Out of courtesy to other coaches, your reschedule request should be made at least two weeks in advance if possible.
2. You must receive agreement from the opposing team (please cc me and your region's AGC or RC on all reschedule conversations).
3. If your game is rescheduled you will still be responsible for fulfilling your originally scheduled ref assignment. For example, if you reschedule your 1130 AM game to 300 PM, you will still be responsible to cover your 100 PM ref assignment. You and the opposing team are also responsible for figuring out the referee assignment for your rescheduled game.
4. Please be aware that if you are rescheduling your game to another week, both teams will then be playing 2 games in one day so there needs to be ample time between games to ensure the safety of all the players.
5. To avoid confusion, a rescheduled game becomes official only when a revision to the schedule is made and emailed to all coaches. Rescheduled games will be highlighted yellow on the revised schedule.
6. If an agreement for a reschedule CANNOT be made, it is expected that your available players still show up to the game as scheduled. It will not be acceptable for an entire team to no show and cancel the game. The two opposing teams may share players if one team is short or play a short sided game.
7. If a coach asks for a reschedule, please reply back even if the answer is no. Once an answer is received the coach can plan accordingly for that game.

OTHER SCHEDULE NOTES
-If you are playing at 16 ACRES, WAIALAE IKI, CIVIC, or KAPIOLANI first and last game is responsible for the setup and breakdown of the fields.
-Each team is to provide a full referee crew (1 CR and 2 AR's) for their scheduled referee assignments. If referee assistance is needed please reach out to your region for help. It is unacceptable and unfair to the other teams if you do not fulfill your referee assignments. Multiple instances of unfulfilled ref assignments will be reported to Section with removal from game schedule as a possible disciplinary action.
