GAME CARDS
Games cards to be generated through Sports Connect. how to access your roster and line up on sports connect.docx

Note From Scheduler.....:

All,
Please see attached FALL 2025 14/1619U Game Schedule.

Do not share other coach's contact information with your parents. Contact information is private and should only be used by coaches for AYSO related purposes.

GAME CARDS
Only printed game cards from Sports Connect will be accepted. Please see the attached instructions for how to print your game cards. If you need help, contact your region for assistance. No write-ins are allowed on the game cards, except for the jersey numbers. The only exception is for borrowed players—these must be written in according to the attached borrowed player guideline. Once the game is complete, please email a picture of your game card to [email protected].

16/19U FREE SUBS
For the 16/19U division, teams have the option to utilize time-monitored free substitutions during the game. If free substitutions are being used, the Time Monitoring Form must be completed for each game. To ensure smooth operation, it is recommended that both teams sit on the same side of the field, with each team’s Time Monitor positioned at the midline, where players will check in for substitutions. The Time Monitor can be a volunteer from your own team, responsible for tracking and managing substitutions for their respective team. Referees will still call quarter breaks during the game and teams can choose to do quarter substitutions.

RESCHEDULING GAMES

The schedulers considered coaches coaching multiple teams, assisting with younger division programs, and schedule requests from Regional Commissioners. However, not all requests could be accommodated. A few open slots are available at various fields if you'd like to reschedule your game. To reschedule your game, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Timing: Submit your reschedule request at least two weeks in advance, if possible, as a courtesy to other coaches.
  2. Agreement: Ensure the opposing team agrees to the reschedule (cc me and your region’s AGC or RC in all conversations).
  3. Ref Assignments: You remain responsible for your original referee assignment, even if the game is rescheduled. If rescheduling, you and the opposing team must also arrange the referee for the new time.
  4. Game Spacing: If rescheduling to another week, ensure enough time between games, as both teams will play two games in one day. Player safety is the priority.
  5. Official Reschedule: A game is only officially rescheduled when the schedule is revised and emailed to all coaches. Rescheduled games will be highlighted in yellow.
  6. No Reschedule Agreement: If a reschedule cannot be agreed upon, teams must still show up for the originally scheduled game. If one team is short, players can be shared or a short-sided game may be played.
  7. Reply to Requests: If a coach requests a reschedule, please respond, even if the answer is no. This helps the requesting coach plan accordingly.

OTHER SCHEDULE NOTES

Field Setup: The first and last game at 16 Acres, Waialae Iki, or Civic is responsible for field setup and breakdown.
Referee Assignments: Each team must provide a full referee crew (1 CR and 2 ARs) for their assigned games. If assistance is needed, contact your region. Failing to fulfill referee duties is unfair to other teams and may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the schedule after repeated offenses.
