Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to the 2026 AYSO SECTION 7 EXPO!
We are excited to host this event at the beautiful Alohilani Resort Hotel on Waikiki Beach for a second year.
It will be a weekend of training, certification and continuing education for all volunteers as well as great networking avenues to connect with other volunteers from surrounding regions.
You will find all the event details, including costs, agenda (draft but please check back for the final version), and registration links.
Please note that no workshops will be offered on Thursday evening as we’ve done in the past.
The EXPO will start on Friday morning, and continue through the evening.
Lunch and a heavy pupus reception in the early evening, will be offered on Friday.
Saturday and Sunday workshops will remain as usual, with breakfast and our awards lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
There will be a luncheon on Sunday with the Section Director for RC’s, AD’s, and invited Section staff.
Please mark your calendars and plan to join us as we share ideas, stories, and our love of soccer with other AYSO volunteers just like you.

Early bird registration fee is $235 until MARCH 8, 2026.
This guarantees attendees will have an EXPO shirt, goodie bag, and all meals.

AYSOU Registration:
Please remind your volunteers to go to AYSOU, once the schedule has been finalized, to register for the workshops they will be taking.
They will find information about whether or not they have pre-course work to complete prior to the EXPO.

PARKING:
$11 Self-park per vehicle.
Payment by check, cash, or credit card at the EXPO Information Desk and to receive your parking validation.
$47 Valet Parking is also available.
Parking validation is available at the Info Desk.
RC’s must clear their parking fees for their volunteers by Sunday, April 19 @ 12 noon.
Cash, credit, or check is acceptable.
CHECK-IN:
EXPO Check-in will be on the 6th floor at the EXPO Information Desk.
Attendees will receive a name badge, lanyard, the FINAL EXPO schedule, goodie bag, meal tickets (if applicable) and EXPO shirt (if applicable).
VENDORS:
Vendors will be located on the 6th floor again, right in front of the Ballroom.
We have open spaces in case any of you have a vendor you use during the season that you would like to promote.
I can send them the information and cost for a table.
REFUND POLICY:
EXPO fees are non-refundable however, they can be transferred to another AYSO volunteer.

Booking Date Cut Off: March 16, 2026, 5:00pm
Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 4.712% for General Excise Tax, as well as the current 14.00% Transient Accommodation Tax). All taxes are subject to change without notice. Additional person charge for 3rd & 4th adult is $100.00 + tax, per person, per day. Rollaways are at $100.00 + 4.712% tax. Children 17 and under stay for free with existing bedding only. Room rates will not be subject to the Hotel’s daily resort fee.
Helpful Reminders:
- Reservation Security: A credit card is needed to hold the reservation, but payment is collected at check-out—no prepayment required.
- Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel or modify their reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Accessing the Group Rate: The booking link automatically includes your group code. If booking through the hotel website, guests must manually enter GRPHEALING and their dates in the Promo Code field before searching.
- Modifying Reservations: If a guest modifies their reservation, the group code must be re-entered. Without the code, only public rates will appear.
- Displayed Pricing: Prices shown will reflect the room rate and all mandatory fees before taxes. In the Price Details section, selecting “# Nights Stay” will show the daily rate before taxes and fees.
Method of Reservations – Individual Call-In:
Individual attendees may make reservations by calling the resort desk at (808) 923-4511 or by faxing or emailing a reservation request to Fax: (808) 922-8061, Email: [email protected]. You can also use a custom-made booking website. Be sure to refer to AYSO SECTION 7 (HAWAII) EXPO 2026 to confirm the group rate. Booking Code: AYSOHI
Rates are not confidential and a credit card is required to hold and confirm the reservation. A cancellation made within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival will retain a one (1) night deposit. A No-Show charge of one (1) night’s room and tax will apply for anyone who doesn’t show. An early departure fee of 50% of one night’s room rate will apply for early checkouts.
