Welcome to the 2024 AYSO SECTION 7 EXPO! We are excited to host this event in Hawaii and provide the opportunities for training, certification and continuing education for all volunteers as well as great networking avenues to connect with other volunteers from surrounding Regions.

In our Expo Attendee Registration Portal, you may register and pay for multiple attendees at the same time. Regions sponsoring area and section board members and instructors, please register them here. Prior to logging in, please obtain the following information for attendees:
1. Is this your First Section Expo Event?
2. How many years of service to AYSO?
3. AYSO Expo Shirt Size
4. Meal - Regular or Vegetarian?
5. EXPO Badge Full First and Last Name
6. EXPO Badge Role (Region Volunteer Position)
7. EXPO Badge Region Number and Name (i.e 118/Aiea)
8. EXPO Badge AYSO ID number
9. RCs only - Will You Be Attending the IN-PERSON Section Board Meeting? (Sunday afternoon)

Information
$175 per attendee:
Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): 2.8% credit card fee + $2.75 for each transaction (combine with other registrations to maximize benefit)
ECheck: $5 for each transaction (combine with other registrations to maximize benefit)
Region Check payable to AYSO Section 7 Events and mailed to EXPO 2024, P.O. Box 372147, Hon, HI 96837-2147
Single Day Fee - Not Available
Attendees for EPIC Volunteer Training (Sunday 2.5 hours) ONLY register in AYSOU. No registration fee, meals, Expo shirt or parking provided.
Parking: per vehicle, per day $15 (no in/out privilege-Pay by check, cash or credit card at Expo Info Desk to expedite departure). Parking could be impacted due to concurrent events taking place at the Convention Center.
Name Badges required to attend any EXPO event, including all meals and courses
Saturday Award Lunch provided to all attendees with name badge
Please also log into your AYSOU/Etrainu and register for your courses. Note that some courses require independent study ahead of time which must be completed prior to attending the course to get course credit.
ENTER A RAFFLE TO WIN A PRIZE: Most courses will display a QR code on the powerpoint at the end of the course. Answer a few questions and provide your information to be entered in a prize raffle.
REFUND POLICY All Fees paid for this Expo are non-refundable. If the registered Attendee is unable to attend the Expo, the Attendee's Fees may be transferred to another AYSO volunteer provided that the full names of the non-attending and attending Attendees be provided by email to both: [email protected] and [email protected]. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter.
