ALOHA & WELCOME to the AYSO Section 7 EXPO
CHECK-IN, PARKING, AND A NEW APP TO DOWNLOAD
The EXPO is fast approaching, so here is pertinent information to prepare you for what we hope will be a great experience.
1. Registration
Registration opens at 7:30 am on Friday, April 17, located on the 6th floor of the hotel.
When you arrive, please check in to pick up your badge and meal tickets.
2. Parking Information:
EXPO registered attendees but NOT staying at the hotel
- $16 self park
- $21 valet park (good for 14 hours)
- Gratuity for valet parking is not included in these fees.
EXPO registered attendees staying at the hotel (24 hours)
- $11 self park
- $46 valet park
- Gratuity for valet parking is not included in these fees.
3. Registration Reminder
When you registered for the event, you were prompted to complete a Part 2 registration for meal preference and badge name. You should have also received, via email, a direct link from our new app (with your name and email already filled in).

5. Attendance Tracking
We also plan to use the app to help track attendance in your classes to ensure you receive credit. We will also have paper rosters in every room for you to sign in on, so please remember to sign in.
